Autokoulu Eco's cars, instructors and learning facilities
Autokoulu Eco Driving School is a small family business founded in 1994. We have been operating in Espoo since 2008. You can find our office in Ala-Kivenlahti, Reimantorni, at street level. We want to offer you the best and most individual driving instruction. Despite over thirty years of experience, we continue to develop our operations and renew our teaching as the world develops.
Autokoulu Eco Driving School office is located right next to the Kivenlahti metro station. Our office is open Monday - Thursday from 10:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 10:00 to 16:00, and by appointment. You can call 050 5525198 or send an email to sami@autokoulueco.fi. We have two driving simulators at the driving school. You can take theory lessons at the Kivenlahti driving school or in a virtual classroom. You can choose a manual or automatic car for driving practice. Of course, at Eco Driving School you can also choose an electric car for driving practice.
Driving training for over 30 years
´Autokoulu Eco 1994 - 2025
Ari founded Autokoulu Eco driving school to Mänttä in 1994. At that time, the need assessment for driving schools had just been removed from driving schools, and a driving instructor who had completed a director's training was allowed to establish own driving school after fulfilling the requirements for the school's operations. Before this, Ari had worked as a teacher at driving schools in Orivesi, Kitee and Mänttä.
Driving school's instructor - Sami Juurakko
I will continue my father's work at Autokoulu Eco. Before my traffic instructor training in Hämeenlinna, I drove a taxi and also worked as a chauffeur. I graduated as a traffic instructor at the end of 2007. I have also worked as a traffic instructor at Top-Driving and Autokoulu Elo driving schools. While teaching in Leppävaara, Espoo, I also started teaching in English and now I specialize in international students.
Freelancer Driving school's instructor - Dimitri "Dimi" Nironen
Dimi always helps us when needed and is a very nice driving instructor. Dimi uses his own car for teaching.
Office secretary - Seija Juurakko
Seija is in the driving school office. Seija has a driving instructor's degree, so she can supervise simulator lessons.
